Director Bios

Kelli Gibson

This is Kelli’s sixth production with 4th Wall Players and her first in the director’s seat, previously assistant directing for last year’s productions of Tartuffe and The Grotesque of Notre Dame. After acting extensively throughout high school and college, Kelli took an extended break from theater before getting involved with 4th Wall. Other previous roles include Viola in Twelfth Night, Rheba in You Can’t Take it With You, and the Chorus in Medea.

Breanna Helms

Breanna is so excited to be making her directorial debut with Evening With Alice and once again working with 4th wall players. Despite this being her first time as a director it is not her first time working in the theatre community. Some notable performances of Breanna’s resume would be: Zazzalil from Firebringer, Maria from 9 to 5, Cherie from Bus stop, and Emily Webb from Our Town. When not on the stage Breanna enjoys reading, cuddling with her cat, Salem, or getting Taco Bell with her friends. Breanna is so excited to reveal her first show under her directorial repertoire and hopes that you will enjoy the show!

Spike Morin-Wilson

Paul “Spike” Wilson holds a PhD in theatre from the University of Pittsburgh, where he focused on

directing. His most recent credits include The Grotesque of Notre Dame, DMV Tyrant, and Open to Interpretation.

Lot Turner

Lot Turner is a writer, director, singer and producer making his directorial debut with the 4th Wall Players. Most recently, Lot was seen with the company as Dom Claude Frollo in The Grotesque of Notre Dame. A native of Anderson, Lot has lived and produced in many locales. His stage adaptation of Frankenstein has played in both Indianapolis and Madison, Indiana as well as Chippewa Falls Wisconsin. His one act play Down Devil’s Backbone won acclaim at the 2010 Minnesota and Indy Fringe Festivals. Lot has a long resume of bad-guys: Victor Frankenstein in Frankenstein, Rooster Hannigan in Annie and Caiaphas in Jesus Christ Superstar. He is a father of 3 kids and one Newfoundland puppy named Loki. He also teaches acting to young ones at The Point in Carmel.

Cast Bios

Daniel Alejos

Daniel Alejos is playing the role of Jeffrey Baldwin in The Unseen, part of An Evening with Alice. He has served as assistant director for Little Women and producer for 9 to 5 at the Belfry, and portrayed Buckley in Father of the Bride. He also organized the Belfry’s 60th Anniversary Dinner, which was less dramatic than this show but somehow more stressful. Daniel enjoys complex characters, long philosophical conversations with AI, and quietly wondering if he accidentally built something that might reshape civilization. He’s honored to be part of this production and promises not to cause a scene unless the script demands it.

Mallery Beard

Mallery Beard is absolutely thrilled to be a part of her very first show, An Evening with Alice, with 4th Wall Players. When Mallery is not acting, she’s a fan of spending her time around a variety of friendly people. She’s been working in restaurants since 15, and is the oldest sibling of 5. From onstage to at home, performing has always been in Mallery’s life. She hopes you will enjoy the show!

Rebecca Brelage

Rebecca began her acting career in 1976, securing the starring role in Ms. O’Conner’s first grade production of The Little Red Hen. After a 50- year hiatus, she has returned to the stage to fulfill a lifelong ambition. A lawyer by trade, Rebecca enjoys historical fiction, antiques, and attending theater productions. An empty nester with three adult sons and one grandson, Rebecca resides in Irvington with her husband, her pup and her antisocial kitty cat.

Dan Flahive

Dan Flahive  debuts with 4th Wall Players for this production.  He has performed at Footlite Musicals in their versions of  Sweeney Todd:  The Demon Barber of Fleet Street and Fiddler on the Roof.  He has appeared in Carmel Community Players with Peter and the Starcatchers and also appeared in Bardfest’s  Titus Andronicus and Love’s Labours Lost as the loquacious Holofernes.  StageDoor’s production of People, Places and Things and Bill W and Doctor Bob remain as favorite roles.   Many thanks are due to the A.D. Players of Houston, Texas who first put up with me and made me an actor.  And many, many more to Pam and Megan, who have put up with my shenanigans for years.

Josh Gibson

Josh has performed with various Indianapolis groups, such as Mud Creek, The Belfry and IFTC (Improbable Fiction Theatre Company); most recently appearing with IFTC as Hortensio in Taming of the Shrew for the final year of Bardfest in Indy; but has spent a bulk of his time with this group. This was 4th Wall's first time experimenting with multiple shows with multiple directors and he has been impressed by the different interpretations put into each individual show.  He would like to thank you all for coming to the show, as well as all the casts and crew for the tireless work they've put into bringing this collection of comedies to life!

Omar Jurdi

Omar is happy to return to 4th Wall Players and be in two short one act plays. He is excited to bring Dunham, the butler, and Mr. Ruler, the hero, to life in Fourteen and The Pot Boiler, respectively. He debuted in 4th Wall Players as Renault in the production of Beauty and the Beast, Not Your Parents’ Fairytale and has been in many other 4th Wall shows; including Tartuffe and The Grotesque of Notre Dame. He has also worked with other companies, including the Garfield Shakespeare Company and Drama in the Basement. He is thrilled to be among friends and to be on stage.

Sarah Kinsey

A frequent visitor to the 4th Wall stage Sarah is an Art teacher and an artist. She has been seen previously in Firebringer, as Clair, Snarl, Trunkelle; in Tartuffe, as Mme. Pernelle, and as Quasimodo in The Grotesque of Notre Dame.

Kelly McKinney

Kelly McKinney is a father, filmmaker, and nerd. He's grown up in the theatre and is thankful everytime he can play on stage.

Kelly Melcho

Kelly Melcho is thrilled to rejoin the community of the 4th Wall Players. She has performed with the Huntington University Theater Department (Queen Escalus; Romeo & Juliet, and Hoyt; Small Things) while she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theater and History. Always excited to learn, she also attended the Centerstage’s Theater Workshop on Performance with Centerstage’s Rain Wilson and on Production with IndyFringe’s Max McCreary. Other feature roles include Lady Bracknell (The Importance of Being Earnest), Lulu Miles (The Ruby Sunrise), Donna Lucia d’Alvadorez (Charley’s Aunt), and Maude Christopher (Toyer). Always inspired to support local theaters everywhere she goes, at The Phoenix Theater in Illinois, The Fourth Wall Theater in Michigan, and the 4th Wall Theater in Indianapolis, she has also expanded her skills off the stage as a historical dramaturg, casting director, and house manager. “There’s always a way to contribute to the arts in Indianapolis as an actor, an instructor, or in any way I can. It’s a joy to learn and be a part of someone else’s story.

Katherine Novick

Katherine is delighted to be back with the 4th Wall Players. Recently, Katherine played Colombe in The Grotesque of Notre Dame by Josh Gibson (Dir. Spike Morin-Wilson). Her role as Margaret in Overtones directed by Breanna Helms was a challenge in the duplicity of her civilized position and her frenzied inner self. Katherine is an Indiana native, wife, mother, supervisor and US Army Veteran. She would like to thank 4th Wall Players and Breanna for the opportunity to perform!

Kathryn Paton

Kathryn “Kat” Paton is excited to make her debut with 4th Wall Players! She has previously performed with Catalyst Repertory, First Folio, and American Lives, and has taken the stage at IndyFringe, District Theatre, Booth Tarkington, and various other venues across the city. She’s grateful for the opportunity to bring this production to life and thanks her fellow cast, crew, and audience for their support!

Taylor Shelton

Taylor Shelton is very excited to be a part of this show! She feels she’ll get to show a little bit more range than she typically gets to. You may recognize her from other 4th Wall Shows as her roles of Djali in Grotesque of Notre Dame, and Tiblyn in Firebringer! Or her role of Olive Ostrovsky in CrazyLake’s 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee!

Kielynn Tally

Kielynn is excited for her 4th Wall Players debut in An Evening with Alice! She studied Theatre at the University of Indianapolis, and has since focused on producing and acting in independent films along with experiencing improv through immersive character work with the Indianapolis Zoo's seasonal installations. She is thrilled to get back on the stage, and thanks her cast and the 4th Wall Players for this opportunity to make even more art with this wonderful Indy community.

Essie Wallace

Essie is a current college student and long-time theatre lover. She first discovered her love for performing during the Belfry Theater’s Production of the little mermaid in 2016. Since then, she has been in several other shows including beauty and the beast and 9 to 5 the musical. She has also attended roots school of theatre, where she played Drizella in Cinderella. Essie is very excited to be a part of 4th wall players and would like to thank all her fellow cast members, crew, directors, and more for all their hard work and effort to make this show possible.

Dorothy Widelka

Dorothy grew up performing in over 20 plays and musicals through her high school theatre program and with local theatre companies, but took a break when she moved from Chicago to Indianapolis for college. Now that it’s been a few years since she finished grad school, she is excited to be back onstage. She is incredibly grateful to 4th Wall for giving her the opportunity to join the Indianapolis theatre community! And thank you to everyone for coming out to see these wonderful shows!!

Join us for the rest of our 2025 season!
